• The competition is open to residents within Great Britain and Ireland only, excluding employees of Clinton Cards, Hallmark, Disney, their agencies, families and anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
• If you are under 18 you will need parental consent to enter
• Each online entry form must be fully completed to be eligible.
• Prize terms and conditions are:
  • 1st prize: A family holiday for four (4) people (Two (2) adults and two (2) children aged twelve (12) years and under at the time of travel) to Rome to include:
  • Return economy flights from a regional UK airport to Rome
  • Return airport transfers in Rome
  • 5 (five) nights accommodation in one family room at the Hotel Victoria on a room only basis
  • £500 spending money. Provided as cheque or bank transfer (winners prefence).
  • The holiday must be taken by 30^th June 2012 & is subject to availability.  Please note the following black out dates apply: Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods.
  • Transfers to and from the UK airport are not included.
  • Travel Insurance is not included.
  • Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g food, transport, telephone charges, room service etc) will be at the winner’s and/or their guests own expense
  • Check with your local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements as winning family is responsible for ensuring everyone has a valid passport and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with international travel and/or immigration regulations.
  • Runner up prizes: Runner up prizes for six (6) winners is a collection of Disney Pixar DVD’s, ten (10) DVDs are included within each collection. The Disney Pixar DVD collection will include the following titles: Toy Story 1, Toy Story 2, Toy Story 3, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Ratatouille, WALL-E and A Bug's Life
• Purchase of any Cars2 product at any Clinton Cards Store or on Clinton Cards website (www.clintoncards.co.uk) is necessary to enter. Only one entry per purchase. You can enter as many times as you wish but you will need a separate, valid, till receipt number
• Completed entries must be validated by stating on the entry form a valid Clinton’s till receipt number for your purchase. Entries that do not have a valid till receipt number submitted will be automatically disqualified.
• If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they see fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable
• The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice
• The winners agrees to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the competition
• Closing date is midnight Sunday 21^st August 2011. No entries can be accepted after this date.
• The competition draw will take place within one week of the published closing date
• The winner will be notified by phone, email or post within 3 weeks of the closing date only
