Protect your gift card and treat it as cash, the balance can not be returned if lost or stolen. Buyagift Ltd is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your gift card. Your gift card can only be redeemed for the options listed on the appropriate card carrier. Your gift card expires 8 months after purchase. Gifts or experiences must be chosen or booked within this timeframe. The validity of your gift card can not be extended. Your gift cards can not be refunded. Your gift card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Your gift card can not be exchanged for cash and is not re-loadable. On redeeming your experience gift card you will be sent all the booking information you require to book your chosen experience. You then have 30 days to book a date for your experience with the supplier. The experience must be booked within the 30 day period but does not have to be taken during this time. Your activity is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable so we advise you to book your experience as soon as you receive your booking details. All experiences are dependent upon the supplier′s availability and specific dates may not be possible.
